With a background in the independent music industry, Allison has a storied history of supporting the underdog and fighting for change. Throughout her career, she worked with musicians and label owners to create new templates for artists to produce and distribute their work, while retaining ownership of their copyrights and intellectual property.
The music industry also gave Allison a rock solid two decades of experience in contract law, negotiation, marketing, sales, project and event management, and an deep understanding of what it means to be accountable. It also provided her with a slightly less useful, but nonetheless encyclopedic knowledge of vinyl record manufacturing.

I knew that the industry needed more people who were providing a higher standard of service. I work with my clients to finely tune to process to achieve their specific goals, on their timeline.
